Project Manager
Probably the most important role, the Project Manager oversees the whole project from end to end, working closely with you and your team to plan every detail before the move. They will sit down with you and consider all the moving issues – strategic planning, entry and exit routes, interior design, refurbishment, the appointment of commercial, construction and interior professionals and relocation consultants. They’ll make sure that everyone involved, at both your end and ours, knows exactly what’s going to happen and when, enabling you to maintain normal business activities – saving you time, effort, money and stress.
Move Manager
On-site throughout the whole process, your Move Manager is your main point of contact and ensures the whole process runs smoothly and to plan.
Move Co-ordinator
Your Move Co-ordinator looks after our removals team and fitters – making sure that all tools, lifting gear, safety equipment, vehicles and protective packaging are on-site when they’re needed.
Space Planner
The Space Planning Team plan the layout of where everything needs to go in your new building, using the space effectively and efficiently whilst complying with Health & Safety standards and Buildings Regulations.
Network Technician
We can help relocate even the most complex of IT systems, with our specialist Network Technicians, TechMate™. They are responsible for overseeing the installation of your network and cabling, and will test and commission any further IT equipment or systems.
Removals Foreman
Working alongside your Move Manager, the Removals Foreman ensures that the whole move runs efficiently – relaying instructions and information to the removals operatives, drivers and fitters.
Removals Operative
Our specialist Removals Operatives are experienced in safely packing, wrapping and transporting all office equipment and valuable objects. We have professional technicians and handlers on the team who will look after all electronic equipment, valuable assets, furniture or sensitive loads.
Fitter
Our highly experienced Fitters look after all the furniture, shelving and storage systems in your building, dismantling everything and then rebuilding and installing it all in your new premises, according to the Space Planner’s floor plans.
