Companies are threatening to leave the UK for the sake of their tax bill

Adam Shaw has recently reported for the BBC that "a steady stream of British companies have threatened to move their headquarters out of the UK this year, in protest over the cost and complexity of UK tax and a threat to tax foreign profits."
